The Hofnar Experience

Hofnar runs active days out, weekends away and holidays in the UK and Europe. You can book excursions on your own, or with your other half or small group of friends and join one of many fun, sociable trips.

In winter they offer ski and snowboard activities. In summer it can be biking, surfing, hiking, sailing… and much more.

Working at Energy House Digital I created concepts for a new Hofnar Website. The old site was a WYSIWYG website built by the owner and failed to portray the experience on offer.

By introducing strong photographical elements, a detailed search functionality, brand colours and playful UI elements the designs became a more accurate depiction of the companies product. I left my position shortly after designing the mockups and although I was sad to not see the project through to completion, I had a great deal of fun designing a website with no brand restrictions, I find being able to be as creative as possible very rewarding.
